1. Data controller

The data controller is Bini S.r.l., VAT no. 01547910461, with registered office at Via Fabbriche, 27 D, 55022 Bagni di Lucca (LU), Italy. For any request about your data you can write to info@binimaterieprime.it.

2. Data processed

• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and technical data collected automatically by the systems hosting the site, used to keep it secure and working.
• Data you provide: name, company, email, phone and message content sent through the contact form, or by email, phone or WhatsApp.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to requests and managing pre-contractual and contractual relations with suppliers and customers — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Data sent through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to follow up on the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a business relationship begins or other legal obligations apply. Browsing data is kept only as long as strictly necessary for security purposes.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed, as data processors, by technical service providers: website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare) and delivery of the emails generated by the contact form (Resend). Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on adequacy decisions or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may at any time ask to:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• have it rectified or erased;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive it in a structured format (portability);
• withdraw any consent you have given.
